Otello Buraschi founded Frantoio Buraschi in 1966, driven by his passion for extra-virgin olive oil. Today, his daughters, Alessandra and Emanuela, carry on the family tradition and dedicate this late-harvest oil to him. The oil has a light green color, a medium-intensity aroma, and a rich taste with notes of artichoke and ripe fruit. The beautiful butterfly label was designed by Otello’s granddaughter, Maria.
